We are looking for a commercial professional who combines the best of two worlds: the drive and perseverance of a hunter, complemented by the relational skills of a trusted advisor. Someone who actively opens new doors, creates opportunities, and attracts new clients, but who is simultaneously capable of building lasting relationships and guiding clients over the long term. In short, a commercial go-getter who derives energy from growth, acquisition, and entrepreneurship, but who understands that the strongest partnerships are built on trust, expertise, and a long-term vision.
For this job, we ask for your expertise in one or more of the following skills:
- Several years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the IT sector.
- Demonstrable experience in generating new business and developing commercial opportunities.
- Strong in prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline management.
- Experience with consultative selling and translating business challenges into concrete solutions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, including executive and C-level profiles.
- Affinity with cloud, infrastructure, open-source, automation, security, observability, and AI is a key asset.
- Experience with CRM systems and a structured commercial approach.
- Professional knowledge of Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.
- Strong in drafting and presenting commercial proposals and business cases.

As a strong listener, you understand clients’ business challenges and translate them into relevant solutions. Independent and self-motivated, you are also a collaborative team player who works closely with pre-sales, engineering, and management.
